Updates are crowdsourced from travelers who are actually in the airport right now, so the information stays fresh and real.
The problem we set out to solve
It started at LaGuardia Airport. A frequent flyer spent twenty minutes wandering the terminal in search of an airline lounge and never found it. Wrong turns, bad signage, and no lounge in sight.
The lesson was simple. If experienced travelers get lost, everyone does. Airports keep getting bigger and busier, yet finding your way through them has barely improved.
Gate Guide exists to end the wandering, with a real-time, traveler-powered guide to lounges, shortcuts, and the fastest paths through the terminal.
