It started at LaGuardia Airport. Our founder, a frequent flyer, spent twenty minutes wandering the terminal in search of an airline lounge and never found it. Wrong turns, bad signage, and no lounge in sight.
The lesson was simple. If experienced travelers get lost, everyone does. Airports keep getting bigger and busier, yet finding your way through them has barely improved.
