1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the ELV Services LLC website or any of our apps (together, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Description of services

ELV Services LLC builds focused mobile and web apps, including Bottle Guide, Gate Guide, and Mission Control. Some Services are still in development and may change, be limited to a beta audience, or be discontinued. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

If a Service offers accounts, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the Services except as permitted by law.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content, including in community contributions.

4. Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by ELV Services LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. Content you submit remains yours, and you grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the Services.

5. App store terms

Our apps are distributed through third-party app stores, including the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of an app is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from. Where those store terms conflict with these terms for matters the store governs, the store terms control for that matter.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error free, or completely accurate. Information such as flight, gate, and airport details, including community contributions, may be delayed or incorrect, so you should not rely on it as your only source for time-sensitive travel decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELV Services LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the Service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these terms or if we discontinue a Service. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE TO BE CONFIRMED], without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
